# Pricing

Your first agent is free, and so are a seller's first 10,000 checks every month.

After that, companies pay for the agents they run and sellers pay a tenth of a cent a check, with no revenue share and no minimum.

## For companies running agents

Every plan is priced by how many agents you run.

## For sellers

Each check is a single call before you quote, and it answers in under 50 ms.

Companies pay a monthly subscription and sellers are billed for the checks they make, both invoiced monthly, and TollRelay never holds or moves anyone's money.

### Does TollRelay take a share of what agents spend?

No. There's no revenue share, sellers charge the way they already do, and TollRelay never holds or moves anyone's money.

### What counts as a check?

It's one call a seller makes to check an agent's pass and read what's left of its limit, and every answer comes back with a receipt id for your history.
